There was one that stands out — a person who was very, very Catholic and had thought his entire life that reincarnation was just not a thing, it just doesn’t happen. He was shown a tapestry of prior lives that he himself had lived — hundreds of them — where it’s like, “Yeah, these are all the lives you’ve lived, bro. So reincarnation is a thing. And oh, by the way, here’s the life plan for the life you’re living right now — you see right there, let’s see what it’s like to be a Catholic. You picked this life before you came here.” He’s like, “Huh, okay.”
And there’s the same kind of thing with atheists. If you want to do something fun and interesting, go on some of these atheism chat groups — I call them orthodox atheists. They’re completely convinced that there’s nothing — nope, you die, you go in the ground, the worms eat you, that’s it, have a nice day. And they are completely shocked to find out that that is not the case.
So it really doesn’t matter. What I’m saying is two things. There’s this transition period between what you had in your brain — what you thought was going on when you were on the planet — and then you go into your near-death experience and find out that maybe some of those things are either slightly different or significantly different. And the other side of that is that the near-death experience is consistent for everyone, regardless of whether you were Christian, Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, whatever — globally. The near-death experience is consistent to being a human, no matter what you thought.
